Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of ReplyMoment. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.
1. The service
ReplyMoment helps you discover public conversations, assess potential commercial relevance, prepare reply drafts, organize follow-up work, and review related market insights. ReplyMoment does not post to Reddit or X on your behalf. You remain responsible for reviewing and publishing every reply.
2. Accounts and acceptable use
You must provide accurate account information and protect your credentials. You may not use ReplyMoment to harass people, impersonate others, violate platform rules, evade access controls, collect unlawful data, or send deceptive or unsolicited messages.
You are responsible for ensuring that your monitoring rules and use of public conversation data comply with applicable law and the rules of Reddit, X, and any community you participate in.
3. Plans, usage, and billing
Paid plans include the product, source, assessment, draft, notification, insight, and retention limits shown at purchase. Usage resets and retention periods follow the selected plan. We may pause cost-incurring collection and generation when a subscription is inactive, unpaid, canceled, or over its limit.
Subscriptions renew until canceled. Taxes may apply. Except where law requires otherwise, fees already paid are non-refundable. You can manage or cancel an active subscription through the billing portal.
4. AI-assisted output
Intent assessments, summaries, inferred profiles, and reply drafts are generated with automated systems and may be incomplete or incorrect. They are decision support, not facts or professional advice. You must review output for accuracy, appropriateness, and platform compliance before use.
5. Your content and our license
You retain ownership of product descriptions, writing samples, rules, notes, and other content you submit. You grant us a limited license to process that content only to operate, secure, support, and improve the service for you.
6. Availability and changes
We aim to provide a reliable service, but third-party APIs, platforms, and infrastructure may change or become unavailable. We may modify features to maintain security, compliance, or service quality. Material changes to these terms will be communicated through the service or by email.
7. Suspension and termination
We may suspend access for non-payment, security risk, abuse, or material breach. You may stop using the service at any time. Account deletion requests can be sent to support@replymoment.com while self-service deletion is being completed.
8. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that every opportunity will be found or that any reply will produce a commercial result. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability will not exceed the fees you paid for the service during the three months before the claim.
